Dr. Sujit Dharmpatre holds a Ph.D. in Electronics and Telecommunication (Microwave Engineering) from the College of Engineering, Pune (COEP), where he also completed his M. Tech. in the same field. His doctoral research focused on Microstrip Antennas. He has professional experience working on the Satellite C-Band Receiver project at the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), Bangalore.
Dr. Dharmpatre is an alumnus of the State Institute of Administrative Services (SIAC), Mumbai, where he began his UPSC preparation, and later of Vajiram & Ravi, New Delhi, one of the premier coaching institutes. He successfully cleared two UPSC Civil Services Mains examinations and appeared for the Personality Test (Interview) once.
He is the author of the widely recognized book “Modern Indian History” for UPSC aspirants. With over 15 years of experience in mentoring UPSC candidates, he continues to guide and inspire students in their journey towards civil services.

Prof. Arun Tupe is an Assistant Professor at the MIT School of Indian Civil Services, MIT-ADT University, Pune, where he teaches Geography (Optional) and mentors students aspiring for civil services. He plays a key role in academic administration, examination coordination, quality assurance, and student mentoring, while also guiding learners through the institute’s B.A. Administration and M.A. Public Administration programs.
An alumnus of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad, where he earned his B.E. in Information Technology, Prof. Tupe later pursued an M.Sc. in Environmental Science from IGNOU and is currently completing his M.Tech. in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence from IIT Patna. He has also qualified the UGC SET in Environmental Science.
Prof. Tupe’s academic journey is complemented by his extensive civil services experience. He has appeared in the UPSC Civil Services Mains examination five times and has also reached the CAPF Assistant Commandant interview stage, reflecting his perseverance and deep understanding of competitive exam preparation.
Alongside his academic career, he has worked as a faculty and mentor with reputed institutions such as Chanakya IAS Academy and PWOnlyIAS, contributing to teaching and evaluation. His areas of interest include climate change, sustainable development, urban heat islands, and the application of AI in education.

Dr. Aparajita Morde is a dedicated educator and researcher specializing in the rich traditions of Ancient Indian History and Art History. She holds dual M.A. degrees one in Ancient Indian History and Culture from Deccan College, Pune, and another in History from IGNOU. She has completed her M.Phil. and Ph.D. in Art History from the School of Arts and Aesthetics (SAA), Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi.
Dr. Morde previously served as a faculty member in the Department of History at Fergusson College, Pune, and gained valuable experience working with Wiley, a global academic publishing firm, for 1.5 years. At MIT School of Civil Services, she equips civil service aspirants with a deep understanding of India’s historical and cultural heritage, helping them build strong foundations for their exams and future careers.
Her research interests include Indian temple architecture, iconography, visual culture, and the historiography of Indian art.
